Classic Hummus Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup farro, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup cucumbers, 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, 1/4 cup feta cheese, 2 tbsp hummus, fresh parsley

Instructions:
Cook farro as per package instructions. Chop veggies. Layer farro with veggies, feta, and hummus. Garnish with fresh parsley.
