    (1 cup quinoa, 1 salmon fillet, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp garlic butter, lemon wedge)

Instructions

    (Cook quinoa. Sauté salmon with garlic butter. Layer quinoa with salmon, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, and garnish with lemon wedge.)
