Raw Buddha Bowls: Berry Nutty Buddha Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup strawberries (sliced), 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped), 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled), Berry vinaigrette
Instructions:
Combine mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, and feta cheese in a bowl. Drizzle with berry vinaigrette.
Notes:
Add grilled chicken for protein. Use a blend of baby spinach and arugula for the base.
