Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp salsa verde

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice. Mix black beans, corn, and bell peppers. Layer rice with black bean mixture and avocado. Drizzle with salsa verde.
