Black Bean Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup black beans, 1 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 1/4 cup avocado, 2 tbsp salsa, cilantro
Instructions:
Cook brown rice. Sauté black beans with corn. Layer rice with beans, veggies, and salsa. Garnish with cilantro.
