Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice, 2 eggs (scrambled), 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn), 2 strips bacon (diced), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

1. Fry bacon until crispy. 2. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender. 3. Add rice and stir-fry with soy sauce and sesame oil. 4. Mix in scrambled eggs. 5. Serve in bowls topped with green onions.

Use leftover rice for best results. Add kimchi for a Korean twist.
