Ingredients

Instructions
1. Arrange pita wedges around the edges of the bowls. 2. Place chicken shawarma (or falafel) in the center. 3. Top with fried eggs. 4. Add scoops of tabbouleh, hummus, and tzatziki. 5. Garnish with pickled turnips and sprinkle with sumac.
