Cauldron of Comfort Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/4 cup avocado, 1 tbsp lime juice, Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Roast sweet potatoes until tender. Combine all ingredients in a coconut bowl and drizzle with lime juice.

Add chili powder for kick!
