Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower and toss with turmeric
  2. Roast cauliflower at 400°F for 25 minutes
  3. Steam peas
  4. Toast almonds
  5. Mix cauliflower, peas, and almonds in a bowl
  6. Drizzle with tahini, salt, and pepper
