Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Chop cauliflower and toss with turmeric
- Roast cauliflower at 400°F for 25 minutes
- Steam peas
- Toast almonds
- Mix cauliflower, peas, and almonds in a bowl
- Drizzle with tahini, salt, and pepper
