Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas (cut into triangles and baked), 1 cup red salsa, 2 eggs (fried), 1/4 cup queso fresco, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 avocado (sliced), 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

1. Toss baked tortilla chips with warm salsa. 2. Layer in bowls with black beans. 3. Top with fried eggs, queso fresco, avocado slices, sour cream, and cilantro.
