Ingredients

  • 1 cup farro, 1 cup chickpeas, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup tahini, Lemon juice, Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook farro according to package instructions. Combine with chickpeas, cucumber, and onion. Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
