Ingredients

  • 1 cup farro, 1/4 cup oranges, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup red onion, 2 tbsp citrus dressing, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook farro. Mix oranges, spinach, and red onion. Layer farro with orange mixture. Drizzle with citrus dressing and garnish with mint leaves.
