Ingredients
- 1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1/2 cup coconut yogurt 1 cup coconut milk 1 tbsp flax seeds 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Add pink pitaya, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, flax seeds, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Add ice cubes.
Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional shredded coconut if desired.
Serve immediately.
