Coconut Pitaya Dream Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A tropical coconut lover’s dream, this smoothie combines the exotic flavor of pitaya with the rich, creamy taste of coconut in multiple forms. The addition of flax seeds provides omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, making this a nutritious and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

    1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1/2 cup coconut yogurt 1 cup coconut milk 1 tbsp flax seeds 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1. Add pink pitaya, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, flax seeds, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract to the blender.
    Add ice cubes.
    Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional shredded coconut if desired.
    Serve immediately.

For a more indulgent version, add a tablespoon of coconut cream. Freeze coconut milk ice cubes in advance for an extra creamy and frosty texture. Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes for added crunch and flavor.
