    1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1. Add pink pitaya, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the blender.

    Add maple syrup if using.
    Add ice cubes.
    Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
