Ingredients
- 1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Add pink pitaya, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Add maple syrup if using.
Add ice cubes.
Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Let sit for 5 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand slightly.
