Curry Quinoa Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1/4 cup roasted cauliflower, 1/4 cup spinach, 2 tbsp curry sauce, cilantro
Instructions
- Cook quinoa. Roast chickpeas and cauliflower with curry sauce. Layer quinoa with chickpeas, cauliflower, and spinach. Garnish with cilantro.
