Falafel Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup couscous, 4 falafels, 1/2 cup cucumber (diced), 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (sliced), Tzatziki sauce

Instructions:
Cook couscous according to package instructions. Prepare falafels according to package or recipe instructions. Combine couscous, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and olives in a bowl. Top with falafels. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.

Notes:
Add a sprinkle of feta cheese. Serve with pita bread.
