    (1 cup brown rice, 1/2 lb shrimp, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 cup sliced cucumber, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp garlic lemon sauce, lemon wedge)

Instructions

    (Cook brown rice. Sauté shrimp with garlic lemon sauce. Layer rice with shrimp, edamame, cucumber, avocado, and garnish with lemon wedge.)
