Ingredients

  • 1 cup farro, 1 cup kale, 1/2 cup roasted Brussels sprouts, 1/2 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook farro according to package instructions. Sauté kale until wilted. Combine all ingredients in a coconut bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Add ghost-shaped cheese slices for fun!
