Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup edamame, 2 tbsp ginger miso dressing, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook brown rice. Lightly steam snap peas and carrots. Layer rice with snap peas, carrots, and edamame. Drizzle with ginger miso dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
