Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup edamame, 2 tbsp ginger miso dressing, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice. Lightly steam snap peas and carrots. Layer rice with snap peas, carrots, and edamame. Drizzle with ginger miso dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
