Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup tofu, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup snap peas, 2 tbsp ginger dressing, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook quinoa. Sear tofu with ginger dressing. Lightly steam carrots and snap peas. Layer quinoa with tofu, carrots, and snap peas. Drizzle with ginger dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
