Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup tofu, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup snap peas, 2 tbsp ginger dressing, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa. Sear tofu with ginger dressing. Lightly steam carrots and snap peas. Layer quinoa with tofu, carrots, and snap peas. Drizzle with ginger dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
