Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions
  2. Steam edamame
  3. Shred red cabbage and carrot
  4. Combine rice, edamame, cabbage, and carrot in a bowl
  5. Drizzle with rice vinegar and sprinkle sesame seeds, salt, and pepper
