Greek Goddess Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cucumber (diced), 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled), 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (sliced), Greek dressing
Instructions:
Combine spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives in a bowl. Drizzle with Greek dressing.
Notes:
Add grilled chicken or falafel for extra protein. Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce.
