Green Detox Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup cucumber (diced), 1/2 cup zucchini noodles, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 avocado (sliced), Green goddess dressing
Instructions:
Combine spinach, cucumber, zucchini noodles, edamame, and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with green goddess dressing.
Notes:
Add a sprinkle of hemp seeds for extra protein. Serve with a side of lemon wedges.
