Ingredients
- 1 cup farro, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp green goddess dressing, pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Cook farro. Add fresh spinach, cucumber, edamame, and avocado. Drizzle with green goddess dressing and sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
