    (1 cup jasmine rice, 1 mahi mahi fillet, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/4 cup roasted zucchini, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp lemon herb sauce, lemon wedge)

Instructions

    (Cook jasmine rice. Grill mahi mahi with lemon herb sauce. Layer rice with mahi mahi, bell pepper, zucchini, avocado, and garnish with lemon wedge.)
