Harvest Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup barley, 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash, 1/4 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup pecans, 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp maple tahini dressing

Instructions:
Cook barley. Roast butternut squash. Layer barley with squash, cranberries, pecans, and avocado. Drizzle with maple tahini dressing.
