1/2 arrowroot powder (optional)
Blender
Mix
Dump your dried fruit into your blender
Blend
Blend on Low, then slowly work your way up to High. Let it run until you end up with a fine powder.

How To Freeze Dry Fruits in the Freezer
To freeze dry fruit in the freezer, simply lay your prepared fruit out on a cookie sheet and set it in the freeze for two to three weeks. Remove from the freezer and store in sealed containers.
OR use a freeze drying machine if you have one.
It is best to use FREEZE DRIED fruits when making powders.
Oven Method:
Slice it thin
Place it on a cookie sheet
Leave it on the lowest setting in the oven overnight
