  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup baby arugula, 1/2 cup mozzarella balls, 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp pine nuts, 2 tbsp balsamic glaze, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Pepper
