Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 cup tabbouleh, 2 pita breads, 1/2 cup tzatziki, 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds, 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Mix lamb with spices and form koftas. Grill until cooked. Serve with tabbouleh, pita, tzatziki, pomegranate, and parsley.
