Ingredients

    (1 cup brown rice, 1 salmon fillet, 1/4 cup shredded kale, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp lemon herb sauce, lemon wedge)

Instructions

    (Cook brown rice. Grill salmon with lemon herb sauce. Layer rice with salmon, kale, tomatoes, avocado, and garnish with lemon wedge.)
