Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur, 1/2 cup brussels sprouts, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup pecans, 2 tbsp maple dijon dressing,”Roast brussels sprouts and red onion. Cook bulgur. Layer bulgur with brussels sprouts, red onion, and pecans. Drizzle with maple dijon dressing.
