- 1 cup bulgur, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup cucumbers, 1/4 cup red onions, 1/4 cup olives, 2 tbsp hummus, dill
Instructions
- Cook bulgur. Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. Layer bulgur with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and olives. Top with hummus and garnish with dill.
