Mediterranean Lentil Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup lentils (cooked), 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cup cucumber (diced), 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (sliced), 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled), Greek dressing

Instructions:
Cook lentils according to package instructions. Combine lentils, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese in a bowl. Drizzle with Greek dressing.

Notes:
Add grilled chicken or falafel for extra protein. Serve with pita bread.
