Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped), 1 lime (juiced), 1 can black beans, 1 ear corn (grilled), 1 avocado (sliced), 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cup cheese (shredded)
