Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, Toppings: pepperoni, olives, bell peppers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread tomato sauce on pitas, sprinkle with mozzarella and coconut flakes. Add desired toppings and bake for 10 minutes.
