Miso Veggie Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup ramen noodles, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup green onions, 2 tbsp miso paste, sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook ramen noodles. Steam mixed veggies. Sauté mushrooms with miso paste. Layer ramen with veggies. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
