Ingredients

    1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1/2 cup almond butter 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp ground flax seeds 1 banana, peeled and sliced (optional) 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1. Add pink pitaya, almond butter, almond milk, and flax seeds to the blender.

    Add banana if using for extra creaminess.
    Add ice cubes.
    Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
