Pink Pitaya Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt,3 tbsp pink pitaya powder,1/4 cup honey,1 tsp vanilla extract,Pinch of salt,Toppings: fresh fruit, granola

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pitaya powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. 2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

    If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour.
    Serve with fresh fruit and granola.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt. Experiment with different sweeteners like agave or maple syrup.
