Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pink pitaya powder,1/4 cup olive oil,2 tbsp apple cider vinegar,1 tbsp honey,1 tsp Dijon mustard,Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a jar, combine all ingredients. 2. Shake vigorously until well combined.

    Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
    Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
