Ingredients

    1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1. Add pink pitaya, banana, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to a blender.

    Add ice cubes.
    Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

For a thicker consistency, use frozen banana chunks. Add a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra nutrition. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or coconut flakes for a tropical presentation.
