Ingredients
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder,1 cup coconut water,1/2 cup pineapple juice,1 tsp chia seeds,1/2 tsp lime juice,Ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. In a shaker bottle, combine pitaya powder, coconut water, and pineapple juice. 2. Shake vigorously until well mixed.
Add chia seeds and lime juice, shake again.
Pour over ice in a glass.
Let sit for 5 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand.
Stir before drinking.
Notes
For a sparkling version, use carbonated coconut water. Add a sprig of fresh mint for an extra refreshing touch.
