Protein-Packed Chicken Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice, 1 grilled chicken breast (sliced), 1/2 cup broccoli (steamed), 1/2 cup carrots (grated), 1/2 avocado (sliced), 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, Lemon vinaigrette
Instructions:
Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Steam broccoli until tender. Combine brown rice, chicken, broccoli, carrots, and avocado in a bowl. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette.
Notes:
Marinate chicken in a teriyaki sauce for added flavor. Add a hard-boiled egg for extra protein.
