Protein Power Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa, 1 chicken breast (grilled and sliced), 1/2 cup broccoli (steamed), 1/2 cup carrots (grated), 1/4 cup edamame, Peanut sauce
Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Grill chicken breast until fully cooked. Steam broccoli until tender. Combine quinoa, chicken, broccoli, carrots, and edamame in a bowl. Drizzle with peanut sauce.
Notes:
Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with lemon wedges.
