Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup roasted pumpkin, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup feta cheese, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp maple syrup, Salt and pepper to taste
