Raw Buddha Bowls: Rainbow Noodle Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup soba noodles (cooked), 1/2 cup red bell pepper (sliced), 1/2 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup carrots (shredded), 1/4 cup purple cabbage (shredded), Sesame ginger dressing
Instructions:
Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Combine soba noodles, red bell pepper, snap peas, carrots, and purple cabbage in a bowl. Drizzle with sesame ginger dressing.
Notes:
Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with a side of miso soup.
