Relaxing Lavender Tub Tea

Ingredients:

  • Dried lavender, Epsom salt, Baking soda, Essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of dried lavender with 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and 1/4 cup of baking soda. 2. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil if desired. 3. Place the mixture in a muslin bag or directly in the tub. 4. Fill the tub with warm water and soak for 20-30 minutes.
