Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice, 1/2 cup roasted veggies, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp tahini sauce, sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice. Roast mixed veggies. Layer rice with veggies and spinach. Add avocado slices and drizzle with tahini sauce. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
